Event Description
Join us for an immersive educational mock trial based on a real-world boundary dispute. Trace a complex chain of title from an 1885 patent through historical surveys, land divisions, and family conveyances, culminating in modern litigation over a disputed common line. Featured Speaker: Gary R. Kent, PS Gary Kent (Meridian Land Consulting, LLC) is a nationally recognized expert witness, consultant, and past chair of the ALTA/NSPS Workgroup. He has presented on boundary standards and risk management across all 50 states.
